Our new Beverages in the Street (BITS) program allows visitors to grab a drink from one of our approved merchants to enjoy within the boundaries of Waterside Place. Sip on a craft cocktail to-go as you browse The Farmers’ Market. Savor a glass of red wine on a lakeside bench during sunset or enjoy a victory beer with friends after an intense workout class.
Visitors 21+ can purchase a drink from a participating restaurant and enjoy it within the designated BITS boundary. Cans, glass bottles and outside drinks are not permitted—these measures will be patrolled by onsite security and property management.
You can view the designated areas on the BITS Boundary Map.
Any alcoholic beverages not provided by BITS-approved merchants from Waterside Place are prohibited.
There will be onsite security, as well as property management, patrolling the BITS areas to enforce all rules.
You can bring your drink inside if the store allows it.
No, the BITS boundary does not extend into Waterside Park. Drinks cannot pass the pedestrian bridge.
