the Rules of Our BITS Program

Visitors 21+ can purchase a drink from a participating restaurant and enjoy it within the designated BITS boundary. Cans, glass bottles and outside drinks are not permitted—these measures will be patrolled by onsite security and property management.

Can I bring my drink into a retailer at the town center?

You can bring your drink inside if the store allows it.

Can I bring my drink to Waterside Park?

No, the BITS boundary does not extend into Waterside Park. Drinks cannot pass the pedestrian bridge.
